Buying or selling a home
We strongly recommend that you have any contract checked before you sign
it. It is at this time that your rights and obligations under the contract
can be explained. Any special conditions you require can be added to the
contract to protect your interest, for example, making the contract subject
to a pest inspection and council approvals being in place. The firm will
attend to all necessary steps on your behalf until settlement of the transaction.
Buying or selling a business
Again we recommend that you have a solicitor check the contract before you
